The Davis Art Gallery is celebrating the art of art educators. We are seeking artwork by art teachers, museum educators, and college art professors for our upcoming juried exhibition, Nights and Weekends: Art Teacher Artists. The work of active and retired art educators from public and private K–12 schools, higher education, and museums will be considered. Submitted artwork may be created in any variety of 2D and 3D media, including painting, ceramics, fiber, photography, sculpture, and mixed media.
EXHIBITION DATES
The gallery is working on a plan for show timing that will work for everyone’s safety. We will update the website with details when the dates are decided. Thank you for your patience.
ELIGIBILITY
All artists must be able to hand-deliver and pick up accepted artwork.
Works must be original and created in the last two years.
Works must be installation-ready—framed with wire if applicable.
Works that require specific installation must be done by the artist.
You can submit up to 3 artworks.

ACCEPTED WORKS
Accepted works will be announced via email. You must respond to the email confirming you know the drop-off deadlines for the show. Please email or drop off an artist statement, résumé, and website. The gallery will use the information submitted on the entry form for exhibition labels. The Davis Art Gallery receives 30% commission of all art sales.
